Funny case I was just saying how ethical and professional the official walk in centres were..and today when I call up 123 to cancel my supposedly activated safe device.. they told me there isn't any insurance found on my phone contract thank god there's nothing happened to my phone otherwise they will reject my claim...I didn't opt for safe device during preorder but I went to maxis centre to physically activate it (not even via 123)..

even to those who want to keep your insurance active after the 3 months free sub, call them up to check..better be safe than sorry..

Well if they even impose that for walk in centers then yes very sneaky indeed, but still weird though they have been good all along since launch, if they wanna do these they should have implemented during launch, not when the hype toned down now…

Try the one at sunway pyramid.. they usually have stocks for bigger storages like 512/1tb..

Yes you can, but I’m not sure about now…during launch month they used to have maxis dealers stationed in their outlets but these days they are not there anymore, and some Machines SA don’t know how to do it….so I think it depends on the outlet…bigger outlets like klcc and gardens should be ok..
