Yea it's a common issue that their website show inaccurate info, since years ago..lesson learnt from all the empty waitings, now I just walk into store to check, most often than not I hear people walk out happily with their phone..

256 a bit harder to get this year, due to ProRes minimal requirement..most available ready stocks are normally the bigger 1tb or 512 or 128gb..but can still get 256, just need a little more luck smile.gif

I checked out the store at IPC about once a week and every single time they have some stocks available for 128/256..last check was Tuesday they had a few in the store...

try to go early in the morning around 10 ish when their stores open.. higher chance imo

I would never sign any contracts with maxis partners, after causing all the problems to me years ago..where my info were no where to be found in official maxis HQ systems..finally found the issue with maxis partners using old systems while maxis official centers uses updated systems..its exhausting dealing with them, with all the follow up calls/ updates/ etc etc.

been going to maxis official centers for the last few years and never had any troubles with them.. call 123 on your maxis mobile to find out where are the nearest maxis centers around you..

Maxis (and other Telcos) will also perform checks on CTOS and CCRIS to determine on advance payment… sometimes could be CTOS/ CCRIS system error or not updated with latest payment record made. have to update it manually at BNM, quite troublesome..

Could be an error in the system that's not clear that's why online couldn't process your order, try to call 123 to see what's going on with your account, if there's any error or pending updates etc
