I think the long lines is a mixture of ASB and people withdrawing for CNY.

Just 2 more weeks to CNY, and last time when I went to update ASB, there was quite a number of Chinese people in the queue too.

is it worthed to do loan with bank to get save money in asb for dividen nowadays?

i just check that we need to pay 1193 every month for 25 years..that's 1193x(25x12) = 357,900

looks ridiculous coz we pay extra 157k just to get the 200k sijil in the end.

You're forgetting the dividend that you will get each year from the loan.

You pay extra 157k to get yearly dividend on 200k and the 200k at the end.
