Need advice please.   

I purchased additional ASNB unit Trust via Maybank2u last Monday. Then today I went to Maybank to update my buku pelaburan. The guy behind the counter said that there's no update available even though they can confirm that there's a transaction. I was kinda surprised. Then I called ASNB to confirm whether transaction on their end is correct or not and they say everything is ok.

So how to update the book? 

U faced the same issue previously??
