Got 4 digit as1m and asm today. So far I have only been to maybank and rhb for hunting. All I can say is rhb is bad at treating customers. Not only they are slow and inefficient, to add to that they even limit you to try one fund per number. In contrast maybanks staff is super friendly, doesn't give you the sour face when you tell them that you want to top up, and is very efficient in getting work done.

Recommend maybank for topping up.

Yes. If done on a Sunday (in a state where banks, asnb are opened). Otherwise if done on normal days, it will be grabbed up instantly. 
Even doing on sunday is not a guaranteed you will get it. But it improve your chance. Previously, it was reported someone here managed to do it on a Sunday. 100% successful transfer without losing any units.

Did u ever try rm1 top up.. Or even rm10 before.. Do u even have chance to even do that..

Because I did ask previously.. Teller only gave me chance for rm50 (after so much of sweet talk & some flirting ) she said normally minimum they try is rm100.. Full stop. No nego nego...

Just went CIMB to change my ATM card and thought want to open ASW. But the lady at the counter said ASNB is upgrading their system, so cant open or update book. Apparently is not true since some of you manage to top up your fund. Huh... I was trying my luck to do online placement but have been rejected twice recently...

well I been seen that reminder since last 2 years or so 
every year annual report booklet (last page) also have the same thing.. I just don't bother about it     
well more headache for those keen to top up instead of spending the dividend
