Buying Laptop from Dell site online, during checkout found that the details mentioned that "OS Media Kit not included", so where to get the OS Media Kit if I want to reformat my laptop in future?

Modern OS and laptop now can "factory reset"
Like our smartphones. That's what I did with my Asus when I sold it off. Look for the instructions on how to factory reset it. |

You don't need the installation media to reformat your computer. You can use default Windows's restore/refresh features to reformat your pc.
