I was wondering whether this laptop is worth to buy? It is around rm1.3k.

Is it fast enough for solely watching movie and surfing Internet?

It will play movie and browse the web just fine but the price is expensive for the specs. I recommend the lenovo 100s, you can get it well below rm1000 with similar specs . But if you insist in the 2 in 1 form factor, just get a cheap android tablet and a bluetooth keyboard.

LOL...before I bought my laptop, I was thinking of going for this. Luckily I didn't.

End up getting a HP with Intel Core i3, 4GB RAM, 1TB HDD, Windows 10 for RM 1.5k from All IT Hypermarket in Lowyat Plaza, that time got promotion as well.

I wonder, is i3 better than celeron?

i3 with 2gb ram vs celeron with 4gb ram. Which type is better buy, assuming both of the laptop is same price?

Celeron was Intel’s low performance CPU based on two year old mainstream CPU’s, but in 2015 Celeron is really the new name Atom’s. Intel keeps refining the Atom processor, making it smaller and more powerful while at the same time continuing to make it smaller and producing less heat.

celeron < i3
