QUOTE(TDUEnthusiast @ Oct 16 2016, 08:15 PM) Have you ever done any form of throttle/turbo cleaning with e.g. Threebond? Do you have an Oil Catch Tank (non re-circulating set-up) installed? If it's no to both, then get both of them done. First one will get rid of the gunk in the turbo unit, intercooler and throttle body if you spray Threebond through the Turbo. Second option will (or should) stop oil from collecting in the turbo and subsequently the intercooler and throttle body. Especially good if you like to go heavy on the throttle. Bro..how much u install the oil catch tank? |

QUOTE(spades6 @ Oct 29 2016, 04:58 AM) Lately I notice especially when driving slow out of the car park E.g lightly pressing the brakes slowly slowing down to a stop n release brakes d cvt seems to get out of gear n rudely enters again. It drives smooth as normal. Funny thing is it's not all the time. Anyone experiencing it? My leather seat going to KO soon. Especially driverseat. LOL. Plan to go for rewrap new leather.Man I really am annoyed with the driver seat leather I can see my butt imprints even in the morning. It's the leather stretched. It's quality issue. Now the front passenger seat is starting to show too. Anyone has same prob too? |

QUOTE(TDUEnthusiast @ Oct 30 2016, 10:32 AM) http://service.punchpowertrain.com/product...il1e/id/79.html Clutch adaption required special tools or computer to perform the adaption? Look up EA Autoworks on Facebook and look in their Notes section. You'll see something about Clutch Adaptation as well. |

Another issue with my car is when I start the engine, the double signal automatic turn on. I have to manually turn off. Few times happened and its very annoying. Brought to proton sc, they say no problem. =.=

Hi...Anyone any idea where can get and how much is the silicon air intake hose with stainless steel pipe for from filter to turbo unit? I'm planning to replace mine. Since the OEM hose gt harden, maybe due to too much heat.

Guys... anyone of u notice the headlamp for suprima kinda low? Not bright enough to drive during night time. I plan to install 100w bulb for headlamp and foglamp but afraid it will burn the bulb connector or wire? Anyone here experience this before ?

QUOTE(TDUEnthusiast @ Nov 20 2016, 09:00 PM) I find it sufficiently bright with high performance halogen bulbs like the Philips Xtreme Vision +130%. It's much better with HID (I'm currently using 4200K Osram Xenarc). In terms of light pattern I don't see any difference in height, and don't really recall the beam length vs the Xtreme Vision +130%, but it's very good for me. Yes. Exactly. I can't even see my light when drive around 7 or 8pm. LOL...Edit: The problem with the original bulbs is that they're too yellow and dim. I drove my car out of the dealership at 8pm onto a street with no street lights and could barely see much. Btw, how much u installed the osram xenarc? It's HID type right ? |

QUOTE(mayalab @ Nov 21 2016, 09:51 AM) Please don't install 100W bulb. Thanks fr the advise. Whats the rating for original wire? 55w?> The excessive heat it produced will damage your headlight casing. > It creates annoyance to other road users. Expect others to high beam you pretty often. > 100W bulbs have much shorter lifespan. Be prepared to stock them up in your boot. |
