 TNB accuse me for tampering meter, HELP

As for my case, I had rented a condo unit to a tenant, who then I suspect collaborate with the condo management to tempered the meter. Their monthly bill is average RM5. I lodged a complaint with Tenaga telling them that my meter got problem. But they didn't investigate at all. Bunch of lazy b@stard.

Very weird. I noticed one of the tenants electric bill was only RM1 a month. I tipped off TNB to investigate and they took action very quickly. They called back later and said meter rosak and did not penalize me. So I guess some times it is not tampering but a faulty meter. Best to call them again to report.

I have made official complaint with TNB many times, and it works

But mind you , first party that will kana is the owner.

Unless you can prove to TNB that it is not your fault.

If the unit bought by TS is a resale, bring all documents as proof and show to TNB officer. Request them to check TNB billing of last owner.

Regardless, still need to pay. If no pay, TNB will make your live super difficult.

They accuse you tamper but you also can accuse their old meter broken so turn slower than supposed to …

They just opened my meter too when I arrived at my shop it's already half way then ask me to take photo too coz they opened the old meter and then jeng³ got a metal inside topkek.

Then ask me to pay back all those "undercharged amount" babi sial

But when I signed tenancy agreement the bill name is not mine though. They wanna talk to the owner or the bill which is not my name lol...I really dulan to pay
