Hi fellow members,

Anyone here can help me with pregnancy ultrasound test ?
How soon can the ultrasound be done and to confirm that you're 100% pregnant ?
I'm new to this and hoping for a answer.
Thanks in advance.

Maybe better to just check with a doc? or get a pregnancy test kit from pharmacy?

Bloodtest would be most accurate to detect HCG in your blood. A positive HCG level means you are almost 100% pregnant.

Pregnancy kit (urine dip) are designed also to detect HCG in your urine, but less accurate. It is unlikely to be a false positive, but there are % of it being false negative.

As for ultrasound - one may not detect the sac til as it may be too small, but doesnt mean that you are not pregnant. Ultrasound is usually for when you have positive blood/urine test and want to confirm that the pregnancy is viable (i.e. not ectopic pregnancy) and also to detect the embro's heartbeat.

Any brands at local pharmacies will do, test it with 2- 3 rounds. If positive then only go for hospital for further confirmation.
