Anyone received any updates from Sen Heng?

Previously during 1st recall, many choose to stay positive and enjoyed the second time unboxing a new Note 7.

For daredevils this time round, if the news of deadline to return is indeed end of the year, you can actually use another 3 months (at your own risk), enjoy the exclusive phone which only 8k sold in Malaysia, and still get a full refund after using 3 months. Not too bad huh....

I'm writing a lengthy mail to convey my dissatisfaction to the mail someone shared before (so called direct to the CEO office). I'm thinking it would be a good idea, to have everyone who agrees to it, to cc all of you in the e-mail, together with all our IMEI (to prove that we're genuine owner) and even cc some press or whatever you all can suggest. It might not change anything now, but you never know, who knows we get something from the next launch. You can privately PM me if interested.

For those not interested, no need kepoh here and there la, no need flame me, after all, if there's 1% chance we get something, and if we did get something, everyone benefit from it. You no need to do extra work.

Very satisfied with whole exchange process luckily bought those accessories from them.

I wrote them a request to update, this was the reply....

For the Note 7 refund/exchange:

1.      Refund and Exchange will start from today onwards (17/10).
2.      Customer may refund or exchange at the same replacement Senheng outlet.
3.      Customer only  need to bring phone and box for refund or exchange.
4.      Customer may opt for refund in full (RM2879.10) including any admin fess for installment or extended warranty.
a.      Refund will normally take within 2 weeks to process by the bank.
b.      If you have bought any accessories or extended warranty with us, you may also be refunded.
5.      If customer opt for exchange for Samsung S7 Edge, may receive transfer of 1 year smart screen protection and cash back RM300.
a.      Customer need to bring along their IC and Bank statement for cash back RM300.
b.      Only Samsung S7 Edge are entitled for cash back RM300.
c.      If you have bought extended warranty with your Note 7, we will transfer it for you, balanced will be refunded to you.

Just went to Sen Heng (Pandan Jaya) last night, NO STOCK to swap for S7 edge and have to PRE-ORDER. The kakak told me that I am sixth customer who wants to swap but no stock. So have to pre order and wait for the stock. When will the stock reach? Kakak said tak pasti lah.
I lost my Samsung SP receipt too,not sure whether can refund or not,but quite pissed that no stock for me to swap 
Kakak said just continue to use Note 7 first LOL

its abit dangerous, would strongly recommend you to find at other branches for stocks, if all else fails settle for refund. meanwhile if you would still be using the note7, kindly charge with the official accessories, preferably not in the car. then you should be fine.

How was the process? Just fill up some form? Need to bring bank account statement?

I also got one more piece left... But no receipt.. sobs..

Anyone getting their refund from Samsung Gurney Paragon?

Called them and asked if I could get a refund for the Samsung SP which I bought during the preorder collection, one of the staff said no because the free tempered glass given during the replacement was a compensation for the Samsung SP. Wth??  The free tempered glass is pretty much useless.

Oops my bad. Yeapp that's the amount RM2879.10... they need your name and account number so i think like online statement can be accepted too.. I'm not sure if you just write on a paper they will accept it or not..
