Exchange = samsung get scold because s7 edge too cheap
Refund = samsung get scold because want to refund RRP price instead of pre-order price
Exchange + rebate Rm300 = samsung get scold also because Rm300 too less
No refund accessories = samsung get scold also

Haiz samsung.. pity man you.. anyhow samsung still get scold haha..

but at least samsung is doing something..

although the result are not we want.

samsung already did their best for us.

dont compare others country with us, this is malaysia, u cant expect every one are being treating the same, their currency and management is different.

for the accessories wise, i have no idea, this can consider is a unfortunate to customer.

i did invest some in note 7. but luckily is not as much as some of the forumers here.

is everything also wrong.

samsung didnt force you to pre-order with a pointing gun on your head.

you can choose not to pre-order, all of these are a tragedy. no one wanted it, include samsung as well.

they even loss much more than us..

malaysia customer, difficult to fulfill..

go to ATM print statement, what they want is just a paper that contain your bank account number and your name.

or go to counter ask to print a statement..

your account book? letter statement? estatement? anything..

i email the store manager to inform that i will go back for refund on 12 Nov.. He said okay. no problem.

Exchange customers can select their preferred colour for the Galaxy S7 edge 4G+, subject to availability. Samsung Concierge customers who opt for exchange will have their Samsung Concierge transferred to the Galaxy S7 edge 4G+ and those who opt for refund on their Galaxy Note7 will have their Samsung Concierge refunded.

According to their FAQ:
Inside box accessories if 'missing' can still refund or exchange.. lol. All the details is still pending..

still dilemma.. whether want to refund or exchange...

but i dont like iphone.. its too pricy and the spec doesnt equivalent to the spec.

if the spec is equivalent to the price, then its okay, it work with opposite way..

Galaxy Note7 customers who opt to exchange their device for a Galaxy S7 edge 4G+, valued at $1,098, will receive an additional $250 in cheque. Those who opt for a refund will receive the full retail value of the Galaxy Note7 at $1,168 in cheque.

I had inform Samsung Singapore for refund in Singapore by using Malaysia Note 7 set.

I will be inform the details in 48 hours by email.

Don't know how will be it done on next week since Singapore will be process everything refund and exchange next week onward.
