Whether are you satisfied or not with whatever SME has to offer currently, please be saint, have good EQ and not make a big havoc (eg. Scream & shout at the counter staffs/*&%@#) during the refund/exchange. They are also taking orders from their bosses only, NOT the decision maker.
I personally witness many of such cases which I really felt pity for the staffs.

Yes I understand the frust part too. I used to be a person like that but now I will remind myself to always tell the CS I don't meant to be angry with them but it's their company that I'm mad at. Always end the conversation by telling them not to take it personally. So calm down people!

Mine from YES too. No news. But i won't return the phone so soon. Love it so much and wanna use till deadline. I will only bring the phone and box for my refund. This is what Samsung promised. They can't change it.

This is because from the 2nd day onwards they did not take back the accessories, but conveniently forgot to inform the first day people.

Thanks for the update! Did she mentioned when is the deadline? I saw some other forumers from diff telco their last day is somewhere in mid Nov instead of end Dec.

When I spoke to the CS last week they said go to the store you bought it from, i said can you give me the # to the 1U store, they said that is dealer, so they do not have the number.

YES sungguh TAK YES. Tried calling yesterday but line was busy. Left contact but they will never ever call you back. Happened twice. If not for their non-bonding N7 I will never go near them. Haiz..

When they called last Tues/Wed, was told they will send out all the details via email the next day. Well.. maybe the next day next year
