When I spoke to the CS last week they said go to the store you bought it from, i said can you give me the # to the 1U store, they said that is dealer, so they do not have the number.
So, it's not surprising that the dealers are trying to give you the runabout, since they're so disconnected from their mothership (whether it's on purpose or not, it doesn't matter)
I for one am apparently getting my exchange done by this week, but seeing every post here about YES, somehow i have my doubts. If it comes to the next week, i'm asking for a refund instead, as i need a phone since i'm traveling

YES sungguh TAK YES. Tried calling yesterday but line was busy. Left contact but they will never ever call you back. Happened twice. If not for their non-bonding N7 I will never go near them. Haiz..
When they called last Tues/Wed, was told they will send out all the details via email the next day. Well.. maybe the next day next year
