Hi guys, Anyone got news from YES telco? Since YES telco does not come with contract, and only with a prepaid package, can we just go directly to any SAMSUNG SME for refund? Thanks

I guess the only telco that is keeping us in the dark is YES. Completely like MIA and no updates since the last call from Agnes 3 days ago. Since most YES note7 users have no bonding contract with YES, can we just go directly to Samsung Care Centre to get an exchange or refund?

But then the problem that cause us now, is it worth it? I need to buy another phone just because of this issue in oreder to travel. I m frequent flyer. Rm80 for a lesson is worth it. We learn from experience.
