Just got through to maxis Hotline.
Still got to wait for their call starting tomorrow on the exchange/refund process. I guess their making sure that there's standard response on this matter. One more day. ...... sigh. ... Will listen first before decide to refund or exchange. .. Leaning towards refund though. ... |

Just got my call from maxis. ...
Stuck with the contract option for either s7e or p9 plus. ... No option for refund... Forced to choose. ... Going for s7e coz the camera n screen resolution n ip68. Sadly will be charged 101 coz on maxis one plan 128 for next 24 months. The waiver will be 101 for the next three bills. So. ..will end up paying 2424 minus 303 = 2121.... Suxks coz still paying 101 for a lesser product Maxis vs users score -->1 : 0 |

Returned my note 7 at maxis nu sentral. Everything went smooth. Very helpful staff.
Let's wait n see what's next from Samsung next year. |
