Anyone getting their refund from Samsung Gurney Paragon?

Called them and asked if I could get a refund for the Samsung SP which I bought during the preorder collection, one of the staff said no because the free tempered glass given during the replacement was a compensation for the Samsung SP. Wth?? The free tempered glass is pretty much useless.

Just returned my Note7 today. Fecking miss it already cry.gif By far the best phone and now I'm back to my Note4. What a downgrade mega_shok.gif

Has anyone received their refund from Gurney Paragon? They said within 5 working days and it's already over the time period given. dry.gif
