The refund is very complicated. Digi is yet to refund the extra 10% discount from SME to all Note 7 buyers. If extra RM200 rebate, then those opted for RM98 plan with pricing of RM1880 will be RM1680 if exchange with S7 edge. How about the promised 10% discount?

A simple math calculation- Extra RM20 ( RM100 24 months contract vs RM80 contractless plan)- total cost equates to ~ RM2180, which does not make any significant reduction if opted for bundle purchase.

IP plus does not come with 128gb for Digi plan.. IT is totally a big no no for smart phone with small memory and without expansion.

If that's the case, better dont tight down by package and at least you could opt for coming new smart phone models...

Contract device price still eligible for SME 10% discount? I thought the price we totally paid for 24 months is already inclusive sme discount?

I am under EPP 68 plan and total charged with device was 4k++. I think we only can get back that sum of amount.

It is still applicable as I did call in earlier to verify with them before the recall fiasco. Also, the promotion website did list out 10% on top of other freebies. You may double confirm with Digi...

I wonder why the Telcos refuse to issue a clear instruction concerning their refund or exchange details. It is like keeping their customers in the dark and their call-in center does not seen to have much knowledge about the whole process. Please make everything black and white and this would not cause them much time to do..
