There is lot of difference between A9pro and mimax
A9pro wins in build quality, display quality, battery life ( for me 13-14 hours SOT vs 10-11 on MiMax), overall performance, full dual sim and additional slot for ext SD card
MiMax s simply cheap budget alternative but 9.9/10 one must reflash firmware for especially 64,128gb as comes with custom vendor rom w tons of bloatware n ad popping stuffs. Local set only 32gb which is global rom without such nonsense. I only like it for its bigger display of 6.4 inch
Get the A9 pro if is in your budget - around rm1.6k with discount codes from Lazada n Gemfive.

For Note or Android users thinking of switching over to iPhone 7/7+, I'd like to offer my experience using iPhones. I had used all the iPhone series since first model with exception of iP5S
Be prepared for a " shock" at how closed IOS is vs Androids
Here are some :

It is basically the management of files on IOS vs Android
To me is quite an important issue but could be totally unimportant to others

IOS restricts any file type to only one app and one must reassigned the same file to other apps if needed eg a PDF file if assigned to Adobe Reader cannot be read by any other apps unless I reassigned it again and that needs iTunes
Using iTunes to manage my files collection is troublesome
Unlike Android you can do practically anything on phone itself eg delete, edit file names, move, copy etc
Most files ( except video) I am unable to delete directly on phone unless to use iTunes
All files downloaded through Mail app if I assigned a certain app to open it , I must use the same app to access it again

Whatsapp : every image and video files is lumped together in one single Camera folder together with all my other photos. Deleting any images/videos on whatsapp will not delete the file and I need to manually go into camera folder to delete it and than select empty from Deleted folder

Downloading attachments on Mail app is terribly slower vs even my lowest end Android. One still need a separate app to send attachments thro Mail.

I had purchased Sandisk iXpand 64GB drive to act as external USB OTG drive but is overall a disappointing experience - file transfer speeds is so terribly slow vs Android. And the Sandisk drive isn't cheap either - last year I paid nearly RM300 for the 64GB unit. All copied files goes to a single My Downloads folder on phone and you cannot placed your files on any folder of your choice

The iPhone is overall a very good efficient phone other than these file management issues. Such files management is easily done on any Android and on the phone itself. I could easily create any folders on phone internal memory or ext SDCard and move files easily within phone itself. No need to connect the iPhone with PC to do such simple tasks

I just got my ip7+ 256gb. Even though my preference is always on Android I still use an iPhone as a secondary phone. I am not a diehard Android user as said by some users here. A diehard will not even wish to buy an iPhone or even Windows phone

It is simply sad that some iPhone users refused to accept those IOS weaknesses. Even Android had its own range of weaknesses too.

Use itunes to transfer any media files to your assigned media app. Only that assigned app can read your media file. Assign again if you wished to use other media app.
This means 2 same files on phone
You can use an external USB flash drive eg SanDisk i-xpand to copy media files over to phone. These files will be all in a My Downloads folder. Launch the i-xpand app to view and run these files. You cannot copy these files to another folder of your choice.

Just walkin any Courts store and do it...refund will be to your savings account. Better bring along savings book or at least a bank statement to show your name and saving account no. Was told refund in 7 days+

Call Courts 1800-88-1832 and complain about the center

I settled with Courts Batu Pahat within 15 minutes.
The lone staff there was knowledgeable about the refund.i was even shocked she could even remember my name!

This is the second case. The first case was the ip7 exploded inside the box while in transit to its owner. Apple has yet to make an statement/explanation on that
2 cases ( one in Spore) Batteries bloated up causing the seams to bulge up . The S'porean owner reported it happens within 24 hours he got the phone. Again Apple had yet to respond to these 2 cases

The Spore case was reported in hardwarezone.sg forum and he showed a photo of the bloated up phone. Is a very serious case based on the photo.

Courts initially took my CC details. The next day KL center called me and requested my savings account instead saying refund will be faster. I merely gave her my savings account number over the phone.

I don't understand why some of you still wish to continue to use the Note 7
There will no longer be any support or warranty from Samsung eventually
I doubt you can even get a good price trying to resell it later
YES I do agree it is in fact the best Android I had used to date but sadly since Samsung wishes all to return and get a refund , why not just do it ?

My unit from Courts, surrender on 19oct n was told 14 days n still waiting....

Only 10 days n was told on the spot need to wait 14 days
No hurry to call them now
