Contract device price still eligible for SME 10% discount? I thought the price we totally paid for 24 months is already inclusive sme discount?

I am under EPP 68 plan and total charged with device was 4k++. I think we only can get back that sum of amount.

I am digi epp user. Returned my unit at garden digi center. They told will full refund total epp amount to me.
