Didn't Maxis will waive off first two months commitment fee (& device fee)? I'm assuming you are on zerolution plan.
So instead of paying for 24 months, you are only paying the balance 22 months? Not sure if this makes sense.

So you are only paying the remaining 22 months installments (instead of 24 months)

For example: Maxis One Plan 128
Rm101 x 2 = RM202 savings

ultimately the device cost to you is only RM2222 (instead of RM2424)

But not sure if the screen protection warranty is carried over as well to S7Edge.

Yeah, i'm curious too if anyone has already done the full refund/waiver.
Else we have to be patient and wait for the call then.
Btw, if refund is possible, you are going for which phone after this? I'm still in dilemma between s7e and ip7+ (if maxis allow topup).

You better not keep it. Besides the risk of catching fire, Note 7 will not receive any future support from Samsung and they might 'brick' it to prevent you from using it.

Are you sure they offered you the option for iPhone 7 plus ? Any top-ups for that?
