Just walkin any Courts store and do it...refund will be to your savings account. Better bring along savings book or at least a bank statement to show your name and saving account no. Was told refund in 7 days+

Here is the refund process from courts

I managed to hand over my Note 7 yesterday to process for refund, which they say will take 3 weeks.
You have to go to their HQ in Setapak. I initially went to the branch where I did the first exchange but they show me a internal memo stating only the HQ can process the refund. They issued a tax credit return form, and the manager gave me his personal number to call if I still have not receive the refund after 3 weeks.

Call Courts 1800-88-1832 and complain about the center

That's why, quite ridiculous for outstation customers. I suggest calling up their HQ 03-4026 8989 to ask them.
Their customer service hotline gave me wrong information initially, told me that I can walk into any Courts branch. So I went to the nearest branch for me which is Wisma Thrifty, but over there they say they can't do anything and I have to go to HQ.

I settled with Courts Batu Pahat within 15 minutes.
The lone staff there was knowledgeable about the refund.i was even shocked she could even remember my name!

i just received a call from courts mammoth PJ (Opposite PJ Hilton).
He say i can claim my refund / exchange to s7 edge there.

However, the catch is i sold my phone to another seller. How am i supposed to meet up with him ? Courts insist the first owner to be there instead of the current user. if not they can't proceed with the claim.

i feel is abit rigid. I can actually dont care but i pity the buyer previously.

I'm already on the iPhone 7 Plus now. No mood to use back Samsung at all after this poorly-handled fiasco by Samsung Malaysia.
