Greetings to everyone, my question is :

What is the best and most cost-efficient way to pay a China citizen? The amount is small, around RM100-150 only

A few which i have filtered out are:
Maybank2u (RM250 minimum)
Paypal (Receipient doesnt read English @@)

PS: Please include the estimated fee for the service suggested if available

Thanks first smile.gif
