Add whatsapp in autostart, you can find autostart inside the security app, under the permission tab

It is beta stable, and it is for global rom and not dev, even in the quote you shared is written beta stable bro, and even in mi forum it's written BETA GLOBAL STABLE AND NOT DEV ROM
