Mi store /Era staff aren't the best and most helpful. From xmas until now, all they have done is apologize and asked me to continue to wait. And after checking at eComm site, what the service center claims is not true. It is registered to Msia. So this is even more confusing.

Wah that means either service center lying or sirim website dont really show ori or ap? Which service center you went to?

We have exchanged 16 emails, and until now still no real progress. Summary of their reply: "...I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. With respect to your problem I would like to inform you that your device will be covered under warranty..."

That is from Era, but once you go to service ctr, nope... nothing has change nor updated.

i checked my IMEI again, which is confirmed Xiaomi Malaysia set
Cert Holder is XIAOMI MALAYSIA SDN BHD, not Era International

I suspect this Era International company source their phone both from Xiaomi Malaysia and other sources (Xiaomi Singapore?). Those from Xiaomi Malaysia cert holder is already registered. Those from XIaomi Singapore is registered under Era Int.

Can try to pm Xiaomi Singapore facebook to check IMEI and see what Xiaomi Singapore response??

My one also era international .... I thought this era take over xiaomi malaysia already, the mi.com website haven't sold any phones for a long time.

Have you tried calling them? There's a number here.

Sup guys, any1 suffer from earphone icon keep showing and muted the head speaker after using earpiece? Any solution beside remove it while making a call?
