Hi,

I am looking to buy an investment property in Selangor. As I am not based in Malaysia, are there any recommendations on how to manage the property? I saw those online property management services but not sure how effective/efficient will those be.

Appreciate any advice. Thanks.

You presumed wrongly. Just not based in Malaysia.
