Haha, some post in the thread mention that the project has been sold old, so should be ok in term of development? it's the neighborhood that may concern future buyers later, location is superb imo, maybe can convert to AirBnB or homestay after the 5 years "no renting out" policy

The pictures look very nice. Next to the river also. Location wise very strategic

I would say for own stay, the location is good. Given that melaka sentral/aeon/Tesco is just within 5min drive time. To travel to so called "town", say bunga Raya/melaka Raya/Kota, 10-15 min is more than enough. At this price, it's definitely a good buy. The only thing that is uncertain is the neighborhood and maintenance. Just my 2 cents, cheers!

yup agreed... when it already know the location near with malacca sentral, shopping mall and other public amenities, u know the location sure hot and also strategic..

Pr1ma can't be rent out for 5 years. But a lot of people are renting it out. Go see on mudah.example prima avenue in cyberjaya

Since the change of government and PR1MA top management. The new gov is focusing on fixing the affordable housing issue, so there lack of enforcement on the rent policy.
