3. Usage - for studies, mostly architecture related work: sketchup, Autocad, photoshop, any on high ram software for better multitasking.
4. Preferred - best bank for your buck under rm 2k ? long lasting and not heat easily

Then get a gaming laptop, their price almost as low as 2k for some. Laptop nowdays(as I know of) max only 4GBx2=8GB. Some got built-in RAM so can't upgrade much. Plus all laptop heat or no heat are the same, all will heat up if you use it after some time even smartphone also same.

that Y400 have better specs... has quad mobile processr.. just add ram.. 8gb min...

can consider this

Acer Aspire E5-475G-525V 14" i5-6200U, 4GB, 1TB, NV 940MX, W10H
the issue is 4gb is min ram for win10. need streatch a bit for ram.

Hi for your requirement on those high end needs...
I know this does not fit your budget but you should consider a workstation I mean... for those software you really need some power to drive on, also spending more $ on a workstation also means better chance to use your PC for longer time.

Check out the link HERE.

For CPU, U series are possibly not be able to support any architecture software that you use tho. U processor performance is less than M series... as they are designed for low energy consumption.
So in conclusion you either consider a higher end M series, or a NVIDIA quadro

As knew, it is very hardly to get a laptop below RM2K that use for AutoCAD design, bcos this software required high performance graphic card.
