The blue chips counter are gaining momentum now plus the bullish tourism for Visit Malaysia 2007 just gonna bring up foreign investment.Expectations to rise to 1260-1280 by 3rd quarter of this year.Thats my analysis.

se7en companies would be out, and another se7en to join the KLCI. Sadly Nestle would be kicked out soon by 26th February 2007(if me remember the date correctly). This year CI seems interesting but bringing more challenge for your CI projection. wink.gif

Just not sure would this move got any impact on share value of KFC(in), Nestle(out) and etc?!

I would say never bet against the trend....

Anyway who knows Bursa from 5.50 to 11.00 plus.....

Everyday naik like 0.50

To go 1500 is easyla...remember foreign money is being pumped into Malaysia now.

Bursa stock is currently traded at future (2007) PE ratio at almost 45. Expensive or not, go to figure yourself.

For CI to touch 1500, company need to report an earning that growth more than 20% to justify their valuation. Otherwise, it can't stand at that level due to expensive valuation.
