The $2,279 device is an after-market hardware modification to Apple's MacBook notebook line. Axiontron Dot Com (Click For Link) claim it's the "First ever Mac OS X tablet computer solution!

Here are some pictures:

They took a Macbook, rip the ori iSight off, put it into a touchscreen and called it a Tablet.

U don't need to modify OS X at all and the spec is exactly the same. It's cool, but if Apple were to really make a tablet, they would make a better one, more innovative.

Funny to see the word "handwritting recognition" written freehand but no 'text' were converted... in the photo. hehe.. didn't check the site though.

The Newton was way ahead of it's time.. it's hand written recognition is still the best and so far, no other device has ever been able to match it.

Well, OS X has better handwriting recognition than a Newton, since they developed it a bit for OS X. If Apple were to make this tablet, it would have been way better than any device out there, by a few years at least. But the tablet just use the built-in features....

If not working, why not you guys google for another review from other sites? biggrin.gif

But hey, I like it, although just mod from MacBook, but they do innovate. It's like unofficial addition to Mac family biggrin.gif
