im not sure how u all gotten to replace your vox card with yolo,
after much confusion from CS, finally there is a call from UOB asking me to "apply" for the YOLO. No such thing VOX card holder will get replacement of YOLO automatically. I was asked to listen the 5 mins long T&C then go through the application process. Hope its help |
