There are usually 2 charges when you use cash advance via credit card:
1. Fee (upon using the cash advance facility)
2. Interest (on top of your amount withdrawn)

The sms indicates fee is waived. But becareful of the interest which is the killer factor

Agree with fruitie fee waiver = one time fee waived. Interest still apply ma - its not hidden by the way, its the fact for cash advanced.
also, check for early settlement fee too, since your plan is to settle this cash advance with a 0% bt...
My gut feeling is you wont earn from this
