Same experience here. Had called the CS since last Thursday and done follow-up call to CS on Sunday but until today the telemarketer does not call me yet.

i think uob cs not very well-trained. i don't think anybody here was charged annual fee.

just cancel uob vox and reapply yolo. not conversion?

Yup, some CS really not prepared. During my conversion request to YOLO, the CS ask me if I wanted Visa or Master. Surprised and ask him the difference while I quickly checked our first page. At the end, the CS said no option to select.

Just to share my VOX to YOLO conversion journey... I got my VOX CB even it was closed more than 1 month before CB posting. 

12 Sep Called to apply YOLO
21 Sep Received and activated YOLO, VOX disappeared from online banking
27 Sep RM50 VOX CB-Aug auto transferred into YOLO
3 Oct Received RM50 YOLO CB-Sep
28 Oct Called to ask for RM50 VOX CB-Sep
8 Nov RM50 VOX CB-Sep posted in YOLO 

Note1: Spent max and received max CB in Sep for both VOX and YOLO 
Note2: VOX was cancelled on 21 Sep, but still entitled for Sep CB (cant auto post on end Oct as acct was closed, but need to call and manual post) 
Note3: Also asked for my last 0.3% CB for VOX, CS said will post into YOLO later

ok, the YOLO card design is weird

UOB Customer Service Officer gave me a weird information about UOB Yolo Card, but it is unverified information, since I cannot find any information about it on UOB website. 

Other than UOB Yolo Platinum Credit Card that we all know about, UOB also offers UOB Yolo Lite Credit Card.

The difference for UOB Yolo Lite Credit Card
- The minimum annual income is lower, at RM 24,000 per annum.
- 6 % cashback on online transactions and 3 % cashback on dining are same , but the maximum cashback capped per month should be lower than of UOB Yolo Platinum Credit Card.

The setup of Yolo and Yolo Lite is somewhat similar to UOB Lady's Card, whereby different annual income of the cardholder will determine the maximum cashback that can be gained.

A minimum annual income is required :
- RM24,000 for UOB Lady's Classic Card
- RM48,000 for UOB Lady's Platinum Card
- RM100,000 for UOB Lady's Solitaire Card

Has anyone heard about Yolo Lite, or the CS officer has given me wrong information? 

For sure, we will stick with UOB Yolo Platinum Credit Card.

And the print of the credit card number, looks like will fade in no time

Btw, all YOLO cards are Platinum Visa?
