QUOTE(fruitie @ Nov 3 2016, 08:36 PM) It's there but just the removal of VOX will make it haywire, have to call CS to do something about it. oh, ok. shall embrace the long waiting call to CS to ask about my e-statement viewing then. btw, yesterday morning i sent email to request 2 things 1. conversion to YOLO from VOX 2. e-statement problem the CS choose to replied on item 1. no news on item 2.

QUOTE(kaiserreich @ Nov 4 2016, 08:57 AM) Trying to pay TNB via UOBPayonline. I keeps asking for Bill no. What is that? On your TNB bill, look for the barcode at the bottom of the bill. You should see there are digits underneath it. The first 12 digits are account no., then the 10 digits in the middle are bill no., last 5 digits are the amount of your current bill.

QUOTE(aeonsakura @ Nov 4 2016, 12:25 AM) as fast as 4 days, as slow as....... 1~2 weeks QUOTE(fruitie @ Nov 4 2016, 12:26 AM) They hardly convert, usually just added additional. Varies though, some took two weeks. Me on another hand, got it after 4 working days after I applied via CS. Thanks for the info. Today is my fifth day waiting. If still no news, gonna give them a call next week.
