hi,just got call from uob branch today telling that I need to collect my card at their branch, need my thumb print for that.
Is there any ways to call them send to my mailing address instead of I need to take time to walk into their branch which quite a distance from my working place to take my card?
In the same time, I was wondering why they need my thumb print but maybank just send the card to my house.

When you collect from branch, you need to verify your identity. Thumbprint ic is the way to go.

You can ask them to mail, not sure why yours wasn't mail in the first place. I specifically requested for branch pickup so not the same situation.

I paid via CIMB CR last month and got my cash back. rclxms.gif
I supposed YOLO will have too since CIMB CR also got it as YOLO is less lenient compared to CIMB CR? biggrin.gif

only later u would know cuz 2 issues with this:

1) uob can detect it as Online payment mode, and grant you the cashback

or

2) uob detected the payment is govt-related, and does not grant you the cashback

no one knows which one uob detect first.

Hi All,

Just want to double confirm again.
The CS is based on transaction date or posting date? As first page mentioned that it's transaction date.
And When can we see the CB in our account? last day of the month or statement?

Which card? YOLO?
YOLO is based on transaction date and posted by end of next month, check out unbilled transaction at that time.

Ya Yolo..
So meaning the CB will only be credited after a month right instead of same month.

Hi, is that currently uob one card not allowed to waive annual fee anymore?
If not mistaken previously if hit 60 times transaction per year allow to waive annual fee.
Now I call customer service to request for waived but rejected.

u may try to request to cancel cc if u not willing to pay for annual fee and no need that cc.

Uob retention team might call u to offer for waiver.

I was using my Yolo card to pay some taxes from DBKL and MBPJ via UOB Payonline, are these transactions eligible for Yolo online spending cash back?

Wait and see CB report for Feb'17 which should be credited on end of this month.

If CB for TNB via UOB Payonline was removed then i would have to say bye.gif to this card before the first anniversary to avoid AF. Currently >70% of my CB for this card was from payment to TNB sad.gif
