Really need your advise on using credit card to make online transaction.

Currently, I have Maybankard Amex with Visa and Ikhwan Mastercard. Whenever I do transactions via GemFive or 11Street, the payment will always unsuccessful. It can process until the MSOS code request step.

However, I got another bank, HSBC card, it have no issues at all.

Do I need to get mbb customer service to enable online transaction thingy?
