Terms and conditions:
This Campaign is open to all American Express Cardmembers.
Participants are required to register for the campaign via SMS and make a minimum TNB bill payment of RM50 during the campaign period to be entitled for the entries.
TNB bill payment can be made over-the-counter, Maybank Website, Maybank Auto PayBills or MyTNB Self Service Portal with Maybank American Express Cards.
There are a total of 400 winners, of which each winner is entitled to a maximum Cash Back of RM500.
Total amount of Cash Back to be awarded is capped at RM200,000 during the campaign period.
Winners will be selected by a randomizer programme.
Each Cardmember is entitled to win only once throughout the campaign period.

By luck I guess. I did receive call when I went to Japan. I forgot to call them that time.
Anyway, I rarely swipe their card. It's OK.

Hi guys, I just purchase my air ticket on Saturday midnight and paid by Amex since the 5% cash back is back. However, when I check the M2U statement, it shows transaction on Friday 

Is there anyway that I can get back my 5% cash back? Or else, my RM50 cash back is gone
