I would say it is the terminal no enforce for the PIN. Staff cannot choose to skip if terminal already enfore the PIN to be use.

I think it is bad news for some people as there is cap for 5X trat point for petrol transaction.
also never mentioned 5% weekend cash back for what type of transaction.
may be still remain for dining and they apply cap for each transaction. example, max RM5 cash back for each dining transaction. This is just simply give example

I can still get Rm50 cash back for spending on 3th week and 4 week in march.
