I wanted to upgrade from GOLD to PLATINUM for a few months now, when i'm calling, it said high volume asking me to send email, when I sent email, there was no response at all.

do i need to fill in the application form again? or just submit supporting documents to upgrade? do i need to go to the bank physically?
