A bit out of topic : can ask how easy to request transfer of overpaid fund from Maybank CC to Maybank Accounts. It's my first time doing this since I maxed out my BT to Maybank from UOB as they didn't request for statement.

Will they ask the reason etc? If yes how to answer? I search before I asked but it mentioned case by case basis. I don't want to threaten to cancel all my banking facilities of Maybank also as I will be the one lose out long term with all the rebates etc.

Kindly advice.

i dont know about overpaid fund but i did once get a refund to my cc which i transferred back to my savings account.

if cb is rm1 or less, you won't get it.

If so can call them to ask for your money back
