The payment is not done by POS... They took down the card number and so on and ask to sign a form.
Is it dangerous and it is normal for some merchant that allow to make payment like this?

hi all, great to knowing that the 5x treat point for petrol is return.

i just wonder as i read in the Q&A, any petrol transation below RM500 will get 5X treat point. once above RM501 will only get 1X treat point.

my question is, if i using my amex to pump petrol, once i knowing that is was almost hit the ceiling, then change to use my visa to pump petrol.

Amex petrol - RM 450
VIsa Petro  - RM 200

in this situation how much treat point i able to get?

If i spend petrol during weekend, do i get 10% or 6% Rebate?

then the 10% CB for when?

Just realised on this. I read through the tnc never notice though.
Another query wonder anyone can answer. I had two principal cards with 1 gold and 1 platinum. So the rebates entitled would be 5% for both cards or 5% for each card?

the AMEX 10% petrol cash back, one of the TnC is transaction with PIN.

Means we need to swipe our card at the counter and ask the staff let us enter our PIN?
10% is everyday or only weekend?

I am using WISE now and my card has set the PIN.
the petrol pump I visited frequently never prompt me for PIN, maybe it is not PIN equipped yet.

may I know which stations have been equipped with pin terminal? if no pin, cashback 10% gone

Some banks have minimum CL to get platinum cards.

in actual fact, this has existed previously, just that it was not documented.

i had one coffee purchase (RM14.80) using amex during weekend. come 1st of the month, no cashback. filed a report and cs said no cb to be awarded if less than RM1. i argued that no black & white stating this point. cs proceed to file a complaint. after 1 week+, i've received a cashback adjustment of RM0.74
