i have this question ya~
mbb say new cards will reach me end Oct (still no sign of it yet) and I need to travel to Japan early Nov, I foresee that I may not be able to get new cards and activate it before I leave. I should be able to use my old cards in Japan right, just with signature and without the pin? read somewhere saying that if no pin, card cannot be used? thank you~ |

QUOTE(mr.thinkpad @ Oct 26 2016, 08:00 PM) you still have to make payment on-time, if not bank will charge you penalty / interest according to tnc ok but this can be argued cos you can mention that you haven't receive the cards and there's just BT payment expected but all this doesn't show up if you don't activate itjust found out this was because it wasn't charged yet, now that the BT has been charged I can see the amount even if the card has not been activated This post has been edited by DarReNz: Oct 31 2016, 08:49 PM |

I checked with Poslaju fellows as I wanted it that way because most of the time my house has nobody around.the posmen just throw the parcel in front my door as deemed received. hahaha. |

It is not an inappropriate handling by Pos Malaysia, it is the request by banks. If you can see on the Poslaju packaging, it has mail drop stamp. This is due to heavy PIN & Pay cards replacement exercise, most banks have opted for this option. I got from UOB via Poslaju. |
