Yes, can upgrade. Submit upgrade form and latest 3 months payslip. Did that 2 years back in KLCC branch.

I got CL increase and when I applied for VS, they upgraded another RM 10k CL for me.

I don't use AmEx for bills.

I was told minimum CL for Plat is 15k. Yours should be upgraded when you upgrade your card.

Too bad then. I never exceed too but just surprised they upgraded twice without me requesting for it.
Once when I upgraded to Plat and second time when I got my VS.

Another good point is Plat and VS share a dedicated hotline. No need to go through general line though this dedicated hotline is also quite congested but I still prefer it over the general line. Can skip all the menu selections.

That is one of those things which I appreciate after upgraded to Plat.

Er.. Don't understand both of your statements.
We are enjoying CC benefits and nothing about in debt. That explains why I have more than 10 CCs to enjoy different benefits and cash back.

Last I called Maybank to activate overseas usage, the CS told me this is no longer needed for Maybank cardholders. Other banks still require to call in. Actually all cards can be used in overseas by default but some banks may suspend your card due to fraud suspicions.
