how come u got 2 bill date? 13th and 19th?

for your bill date 13th, it's already too late. you MUST manually pay before the bill date on 13th.

meaning, if you are expecting RM189.xx for 13 Apr bill, then manually pay RM169 on 8 Apr (Sat) or 9 Apr (Sun) using Amex. once the payment is cleared in TM account, the bill on 13 Apr will have outstanding of RM20.xx. a few more days, the autobill will kick-in to pay the bill outstanding of RM20.xx. then you would be granted RM2 autopay rebate for next month's bill on 13 May.

fyi, RM2 autopay rebate will be granted if oustanding is minimum RM20, the autpay will pay the full outstanding amount (e.g. RM20.01 or RM20.02, etc)

yes, pay the bills in m2u, and select amex card. cashback would be granted (per last time).

hopefully this time is the same since the cb t&c doesnt states any specific exclusion for payment in m2u.

as long as you charge to amex on weekends, anywhere, then you'd be entitled cashback.

follow current calendar lo. this weekend is the last weekend for March.

That's why lo, manual pay before statement date.

Once bill date come, autopay will pick the statement amount.

your bill date = 25th which is the start of new billing month. the billed amount will be captured for autopay.

then you made payment on 25th, obviously does not update back autopay because it has already capture the billed amount.

CB on 1st of calendar month. You'll see in m2u on 2nd of the month.
