went to see the showroom, I must say, this project layout is very good for the small unit 1200+
the glass foldable partition at the balcony is a design winner of the decade what I don't like are the bigger units, the glass partition cut the balcony in half, making it a waste of precious space and the potential of construction noise for the next 5-8 years (3 more building upcoming with no firm date) |

1) commercial shop 2) Hotel 3) sports complex I don't have picture but imagine your balcony sealed up with glass.. thats what the partition do and it's fold able and return the balcony to original open space like any other condo. Go and look at their showroom, I guarantee you will like the concept too.. big balcony space not wasted in Malaysia hot weather, can have dinner table outside with air-con |
