went to see the showroom, I must say, this project layout is very good for the small unit 1200+

the glass foldable partition at the balcony is a design winner of the decade

what I don't like are the bigger units, the glass partition cut the balcony in half, making it a waste of precious space and the potential of construction noise for the next 5-8 years (3 more building upcoming with no firm date)

Any pics of the partition? Sorry cant visualize.

3 more future developement? Can only see the land beside Block B of Ascenda empty. So bye bye to those who paid premium for klcc view.
The land in between the sports complex and Ascenda will be the football field.

2) Hotel
3) sports complex

I don't have picture but imagine your balcony sealed up with glass.. thats what the partition do and it's fold able and return the balcony to original open space like any other condo.

Go and look at their showroom, I guarantee you will like the concept too.. big balcony space not wasted in Malaysia hot weather, can have dinner table outside with air-con

They call it lanai... The glass partition is nice and they apply it on skymeridien too.. Issue is, cleaning part... And western style, kitchen near sofa area..

Provided the kitchen ventilation is good else either you will get wet when cook or the whole house will full of smell

Kitchen glass partition will become oily over time and regular cleaning would be troublesome

1) massive issue with lanai glass cracking
2) water damage all around
3) cheap paint
4) lift issues non stop
