Hi all

i have multiple device connected to my avr (minix, ps4, hypptv, blueray). i always play music on spotify / joox from my android box (minix) connected to my AVR (onkyo). i encounter the following problem whenever i play song from spotify/joox:-
1. no sound coming out. the song is still playing but no sound coming out from my system.
2. this only happen after a while. e.g: i open my spotify/joox. select a song from play list then play. usually it will play the song i play then followed by the next song and so on. after few songs, then no sound coming out. but the tv still shows the song is running just that no sound coming out.
3. this only happen when i play song from spotify / joox. i watch movies ok. play ps4 ok. watch blueray ok.

what is the problem?
hdmi input? - i try changes all my device in different hdmi already. same outcome
hdmi cable? - tried different cable already. same outcome
software problem? - uninstall and reinstall both spotify and joox. same outcome
avr problem?

any sifu can advise? appreciate a lot.

You play song from the playlist. Have you check, could be the song which no sound is not there. I mean has been removed or renamed..

U mean u were successful before and only encountered the problem recently or u'd like to play it for the first time but its not working? Which is which?

Did u try playing sportify thru ps4 hooked thru avr?

Anyway, i installed specific sportify apk on android (not from Play Store) for my teenage girl to listen using android box at home without problem via NR609 model.....

the song is not remove. example i play this song A. then follow by song B. Song C. Song D. After that song E no sound. Song F no sound. then sometimes those song without sound playing half way sound coming out. Lets say just now I mention song E no sound. I stop the play list. Then I choose song E and play. have sound. its not related to the song remove from playlist right?

yes. previously is ok never happen. all the while the song play out have sound. everytime i first click the song and played sure have sound. it only happens normally after few songs. specially 1 song finish. then the next song played is without sound. but tv shows the song is running. but there is no sound coming out from my speakers. is it AVR faulty?
