How about trying to update to iOS 10.1? I think there's also a new carrier update inside this update.

well, digi has blocked facetime audio and whatsapp call for its basic internet 64kbps quite a while ago. Most likely wechat voip is blocked too.

In their T&C, they state very clearly that VOIP will be blocked for its basic 64kbps free internet.

Hi all, new digi user here. currently i am using digi postpaid RM110 and also a spotify user. May i know how to activate Music Freedom app from DIgi? Everytime i try to activate it , it will show " This service i not supported for your Digi package " ?

New postpaid plan ( Postpaid 80 and 110 ) no longer bundled with 15GB Music Freedom. You need to subscribe separately.

Thanks for you reply ! smile.gif Subscribe separately is it download Music Freedom from itune then activate it ? Actually i already download the app separately but still can the error message. Is it need to call Digi center for activation ?

So in summary, just enjoy your music streaming without download or activate Music Freedom but it will using your All-Day internet data.
