Finally just depleted the stupid VoIP addon for my BB100 package after blasting 6hour gameplay videos on Youtube for more than 24hours on multiple pcs & devices trolololol!

now speed is back to normal like it should be: My speedtest 9mbps dl 11mbps ul.
Youtube 480p loading very very fast, 1080p loads also fast.

Now me & @rgchai confirm that if you buy the stupid VoIP addon, Digi will throttle your speed to mere 300kbps!

i guess i have to use Digi prepaid or other cheaper,cost effective telco to do Facetime/Whatsapp call with my friends?

Cannot access since morning. But I can access my account from digi web. The unlimited weekend 4g quota is actually 100gb.

It's ok bro. My problem already solved, thanks to rgchai's method of fully consume the voip data to get normal speed.

But i still want to know why the throttle down and why view youtube takes from voip data bucket?

Well, this is not the first time Digi makes customers mad with their bad tactics.

found out my digi 4G keep ping ponging 2600Mhz and 1800Mhz till drop to 3G.
Guys... when this happen, use gnettrack to see the cell ID.
If keep changing btwn 1xx and 2xx,
1) restart your device, i din try this
2) force 4G signal to 1800Mhz or 2600Mhz (only with samsung phone)
3) force it to 3G only

else u wont even get an watsapps msg...

What device u using? If Samsung enter *#0011# in your dailer, else try *#*#4636*#*#.  Cell id 1XX is 2600mhz and 2XX is 1800mhz. You may also use other apps to find out the cell id like g-nettrack
