Like ghost sim? Those are illegals because the sims bypass a telco's tower security in order to provide services like data.

Haizz, I missed the old 78V package. especially the internet add-on. $10 for 8gb was the best!

These new postpaid plans are getting ridiculous and very similar to celcom where they have weekdays and weekends quota. I hate that.

They've taken out unlimited whatsapp, which to me is a devious move by digi. Its not mentioned in the plan obviously, and I wouldn't have known if I hadn't read this thread.

I'm inclined to subscribe to the new 110 plan, but I think I need to know more about what else they change compared to the previous plans. For one, I really wanna know whats the package for internet add on.

thanks for the comments I just ported in. the website information is abit misleading. "RM80 above" sounds like RM80 and above.
It should have been "above RM80".

Anybody have subcribe to their crossborder plan?

I have subscribe to roamboarder roaming plan, which suppose to work with Starhub Singapore. I have received email and sms confirmation that I have already successfully subscribe to this plan. Yesterday, when I try to use the data in Singapore, I have ensure that my roaming network is locked to Starhub only. To my surprise, I was being charged for the RM38 per day roaming and when I try to check my data, it say I have no roaming plan. Even mydigi apps does not show any data for roaming and when I check the plan i Subscribe to, roamborder roaming plan is there. So what is happening? rclxub.gif I have posted at Digi community for two days, no reply. Now I am writing on their facebook. Still no reply, then go MCMC. vmad.gif

When you're back in Malaysia, you better walk into a Digi Store and make a personal complaint.

Might be the sim card. When you buy a sim card from a retail shop, the digi sim card is including a pack and a small card inside it, just like your picture.

Q: Where did you get it?

Of course it's illegal. It's not on Digi's website and it's not advertised in Digi outlets. This opens the network to abuse and genuine users suffer. Please stop even mentioning this.

i chose the RM80 plan 20GB, no contract. I didnt see anything in writing about RM10 rebate for port in customer, but he told me will be reflected in the bill.
using DIGI now, so far so good. I am very please with it. Certain areas inside building which used to be H+ (celcom) is now 4G (digi) biggrin.gif

Yay, my home area has finally got LTE-A blanket coverage, even indoors, according to Digi's coverage map. Unfortunately I don't have a LTE-A device to confirm. So I'll be on the lookout for a decently priced LTE-A USB modem. Right now all the modems I see are a bit too expensive (>RM300). Fingers crossed the price will come down in 2017.

Hi, for the prepaid talktime transfer, can I transfer my prepaid credit until my balance left RM1 (because need to deduct 50 cents fee)? Or is there a minimum amount that my account needs to have? Thanks

Digi are using interband LTE-A. If your device only support intraband LTE-A, you still can't access it but interband supported device can access both type of LTE-A.
