Last week I received emails from Spotify stating that they cannot confirm my member's address same as mine, while my members received an email too to verify their address.
After a week, which is yesterday my member's account was downgraded to non-premium and I have contacted them through SpotifyCare FB. I told them my members account has been downgraded & I am unable to see the list of my members name on the Premium Family page. This is their reply after I told them my members are staying at the same address: Sometimes the details provided doesn’t match what’s on file because it might be out-of-date, incorrect, or missing altogether, meaning we’re unable to validate an account’s eligibility. Don't worry, we’ve made some changes backstage which should allow them to rejoin your plan. To do so, you’ll need to reinvite them as a member. There’s info on how to do this at https://support.spotify.com/account_payment...ium-for-family/. I need to re-invite and my members need to key in the address again for verification, after that everything back to normal |
