iPhone 7 is launching in Malaysia in few hours, but I have yet to make up my mind whether to take 7 or 7 Plus.
Can anyone enlighten me?

What are your priorities of features that you want in a phone? Battery? Larger Screen? Camera?
*
My priority is that the phone should not be easily bent.
I'm using 6 plus. After 18 months of usage, although my phone is not visibly bent, the screen is often unresponsive with grey-blue flickering on top of the screen.
Other considerations are the price and battery life.
The camera is least of my concern. Cameras in smartphones nowadays are good enough for my need.

battery life : 7+
camera/video : 7+
one hand size : 7 (for those prefer smaller size phone)
*
As I've said, camera is of my least concern.
Size is also not much of my concern.
My real concern is bendability.
I wish to use the phone which can last at least 2 years without much issue...

Bend issue is almost the same for both I guess as thickness should be around the same. Your issue maybe can fix with a phone casing?
*
No, it does.
The phone is not grossly bended, but the chips inside seems to be bended.
I've changed my phone casing for trice, my tempered glass screen protector twice, the issues remained. I've also tried replaced the chips once for RM 400, the issue solved temporarily but then recurred after few days and it has worsen recent weeks.

The below link showed my issue with my iPhone 6 Plus I mentioned.

Then go for 7 with smaller surface. No one can defy the law of physics .
Otherwise 7or plus with a hard case.
*
I've thought of that, but I couldn't disregard the longer battery life in plus series.
Hard case won't help. This is what I've been doing past 2 years.
I'm just keeping the phone in my lap pocket.

Put on a case then
*
Has been on hard cases since I received the phone.
And have changed trice.
They just don't work.

What case you use? Have you tried rhino shield ? You wear tight jean is it?
*
Those with metal shield, metal frame.
Loose trousers/shorts. I don't wear jeans as they are uncomfortable.

Delivery time from apple online store pretty accurate ?

no adjustment of date after you already paid ?
*
The estimated date of delivery is the date of latest delivery.
It can be earlier, and not later than the date.

Mine is UPS too.. how long will it take usually? Tomorrow highly unlikely right?
*
It's difficult to say. If the shipment is transit in HK/Shenzhen overnight then is sent back to Malaysia by tomorrow morning, you might receive your phone tomorrow.
As far as I know ups is open tomorrow till 5pm.

Checked my Apple App, it is shipped.
UPS also.
ETA 19/10, look like we all same batch. Now in Changi.
Why they make such a big turn to China? Won't that not very cost efficient?
Receiving regular email notification. And the app also jump out to notify it is shipped.

As far as I know, UPS's hub in Asia is there.
Usually they will have to send parcels to the hub first before they deliver them to the country of destination.

Singapore > China > Malaysia means the phone was never in Singapore, it's always been in China.

UPS received the the ship order from Apple Singapore (Apple HQ for entire Asia excluding Japan) then coordinates with Apple China (or Foxconn or someone) and ships the iPhone to you.

Malaysia used to be under Apple Singapore, but recently Apple opened a direct office here. Distribution is still controlled by Apple Singapore though.
*
I don't think so.
Unless you are saying UPS is falsifying its tracking, the recent most two scans suggest the phone is still in Singapore.

I say this because I had previous experience.
When I bought my iPad 2 when it first came out in 2011, it did the same thing (Singapore > China > Malaysia).
I was curious so I called Apple Support and that was the answer they gave me.
(Side note: When I ordered my iPhone 6 from Apple US in 2014 also same thing, but with US > China > US)
Nah, I just follow Apple and their products very closely.  icon_rolleyes.gif
But I'm glad I could help.

I believe he is right. It says Singapore - thats just the paperwork
Physical phone is in China
*
The tracking is redirected to UPS Singapore website.
The recent two scans are from Singapore, not the first in Singapore, then the second in Shenzhen.
I still feel ridiculous Apple Store Singapore has sent a piece of paper to China asking the authority to release the phone there for delivery.

um, strange, why you guys buy from apple store it ships UPS, mine ships DHL
Shipment picked up As Of Oct 14, 2016 17:22
Origin Service Area:  SINGAPORE-SINGAPORE, SG
Destination Service Area:  KUALA LUMPUR-MALAYSIA, MY
*
UPS couldn't manage such huge volume of shipment at the same time, I guess....
Apple has its promise to deliver your purchase within the time limit.
Instead of betting on one single carrier, getting alternate carrier would reduce the risk of damages in case anything happened to any of the carriers.
